Roloff enjoys going for long runs in the countryside. "You burn more calories from running and walking than from a lot of the other exercise programs that you can work in," says Katie Schultes, MD. Roloff grew up taking skiing trips, an activity she now enjoys with the whole family. "One ski vacation with my family and [husband Jeremy] decided to make the switch since literally all of my family skis and he wasn't going to the mountain with anyone else," she says. "He will now admit that he is a happy convert. Especially with teaching the kids, it's sooo much easier."
Roloff enjoys camping trips with her family which are beneficial for both mental and physical health.
