There’s been a lot of confusion surrounding Erika Jayne‘s divorce from Tom Girardi.
Their divorce was announced right before Tom was taken to court by former clients for stealing settlement money, which raises a lot of eyebrows about what Erika may or may not have known about her husband’s crimes. Tom then filed for bankruptcy, but Erika seemed to be keeping her finances separate.
The courts have demanded that Erika turn over her financial records for the couple’s shared assets in order to assess Tom’s bankruptcy case, and now it appears they’ve learned she has money that can be collected! A judge recently ruled that those who had their settlements stolen by Tom are allowed to collect from Erika herself.
And now there’s one more question left to be answered: what is Erika’s future on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills?
