Erling Haaland showed off some new boots to celebrate his recent goalscoring milestones, but they didn't take long to become out of date.
The Manchester City striker has enjoyed a wonderful campaign so far that has seen him net 51 goals already.
That tally included 35 in the Premier League going into the clash with Everton on Sunday afternoon, an outing that saw the Norwegian wearing a new pair of boots.
The custom-made design saw the number '35' emblazoned on the outside of his foot, paying tribute to him breaking the record for most goals in a single Premier League season.
However in classic Haaland style, it took just 39 minutes for those boots to be outdated as he rose highest to put City 2-0 up at Goodison Park after Ilkay Gundogan's opener.

Gundogan then wrapped up the win with a stunning free-kick to make it 3-0 to Pep Guardiola's side.
For Haaland, it was another step towards a big milestone.
With three matches left of the season, Haaland will no doubt be hoping that he can smash the 40-mark before the end of the Premier League campaign.
If he does manage that, at least he'll have the opportunity to sport his new boots for a little while longer than the 35-goal pair!
